DIY is a graphic-design studio founded in 2001 in Lausanne by Philippe Cuendet, Laurence Jaccottet and Ivan Liechti, who all studied at Lausanne-based art school ECAL. A multidisciplinary platform based around graphic design, DIY already has an international reputation and counts Apple, Channel 4, Colette, EtniesPlus, Fairtilizer, Flammarion, Nike, Playstation, Red Bull, Rosqo, Sneaker Freaker and Yale University Art Gallery amongst its clients. Always on the lookout for new ideas, the Swiss studio has now branched out into photography, music, video and fashion design. In 2001, DIY launched its own streetwear label, +41 which is now sold internationally.
