Dave Decat is an impressive Belgian illustrator. Just 34 years old, he had been chosen to participate in the advertising campaign of Carhartt in 2oo5.

The tone of his artworks is a mix of watercolor and coloured pencil, obviously, slightly touched up by computer.

The material mix is interesting. Indeed, if we take for example the work done for Sixpack France, the clothes are rather smooth, more dynamic, ... more aggressive. A certain atmosphere emerges and we are back to the flavor of saloons and aut'bars, tattoos, pin-up, the 50s-60s.
